MTD Group unveils One Crown Place’s final collection of apartments in London

KUALA LUMPUR (July 16): Malaysian infrastructure conglomerate MTD Group launched the final collection of apartments for its ongoing One Crown Place development in Central London on July 15. The project, which is due for completion in the second quarter of 2021, has achieved a take-up rate of 60% since its official launch in 2017.

In a press release on July 15, MTD Group head of real estate and director of AMTD London Development Co Ltd Tee Kim Siew said that as the project nears its completion, it will be more desirable and will create an iconic new destination within London.

Designed by architects Kohn Pedersen Fox (KPF), the mixed-use One Crown Place has a gross development value of £500 million (RM2.71 billion). It will offer 246 private apartments with selling prices starting at £995,000 and a fully restored Georgian terrace, which will be transformed into a 41-room luxury boutique hotel as well as a private member??s club with exclusive access for residents. The development will also feature 140,000 sq ft of premium office space and retail units totalling 7,000 sq ft.

According to the developer, the living spaces of One Crown Place will be designed by interior designer firm Bowler James Brindley to provide contemporary spaces that optimise natural light. Moreover, the development provides residents flexibility within the apartments to personalise their spaces and purpose as required.

Moreover, One Crown Place will have amenities, such as a gymnasium, residential lounge, work hub, screening room, private dining room and a sensory roof terrace, designed by Notting Hill-based interior design Studio Ashby.
