Position : Accounts Assistant

Head Office

 

THE JOBS

The Account Assistant is responsible to ensure the accuracy and reliability of financial reporting of the companies in the Group. The job includes but not limited to the following;

 

THE RESPONSIBILITIES

Account Receivable

  • To prepare Debit Notes and Credit Notes, tax invoices for the Management fees and back charging

Account Payable

  • To monitor suppliers’ invoices by checking  documents from Contract Department
  • To check invoices, to prepare coding and to key in IFCA System
  • To print batch report on monthly basis

Treasury

  • To update cash book on daily basis, to arrange for cheques to be banked
  • To prepare banks reconciliation on daily basis

Financial Report

  • To manage monthly closing account in journal entries, ie recurring entries, monthly charges, revenue, expenses clearing, provision and accruals
  • To prepare tax schedule for monthly tax instalment.

 

THE REQUIREMENTS

  • Possess  Diploma / Certificate in Accounting  or other equivalent
  • At least one (1) to three (3) years of working experience in relevant field
  • Possess an exposure in any accounting software; ie Microsoft, IFCA?ACCPAC?UBS
  • Possesses an experience on handling account payable
