Permanent Senior Executive / Executive, Strategic Planning

at MTD Group in Head Office

The Senior Executive / Executive, Strategic Planning is responsible to assist the Department Head/Assistant General Manager in the affairs of Strategic Planning and Risk Management for the Group.

Primary Tasks

Strategic Planning

  • To analyse and review the financial performance of the business units and prepare report to HOD.
  • To assist in the corporate planning exercises undertaken by the Group.
  • To assist in establishing strategic goals and performance goals to be accomplished in the stipulated period.
  • To draft reports/paper for Board EXCO and/or Board in relation to corporate matters as and when required by immediate supervisor or HOD.
  • To compile, analyse and prepare Balance Score Card/KPI for business units for HOD’s review.

Enterprise Risk Management (ERM)

  • To identify, prepare and maintain the Company’s Risk Profile and formulate Risk Action Plan (RAP).
  • To review and analyse business actions based on the Risk Action Plan prepared.
  • To update Risk Registers and coordinate ERM related materials.
  • To prepare progress report on Risk Profile and Risk Action Plan HOD and Risk Management Committee.

Requirement

  • Minimum degree holder in Accounting, Finance or Business with 2 to 5 years relevant experience
  • Proficient in communicating and report writing in English.
  • Good analytical skill with Accounting background
  • Ability to Present
  • Pro-active, independent and possesses positive attitude
