Contract Executive, Human Capital (Site Representative)

at MTD Group in Genting Sempah

The Executive, Human Capital is responsible for creating, updating and applying all Group Human Capital policies and Company's guidelines and adhere to standards requirements set by authorities.

He/she is required to discharge the usual duties of the Executive, Human Capital that included but not limited to the following;

  1. To run the daily functions of Group Human Capital Division including hiring and interviewing new staff, administering attendance and assit in administration of salary, benefits, leave, training, disciplinary and enforcing company policy and practises.
  2. To create and maintain accurate employee records and gathering all related documentation and details.
  3. To participate in recruitment events, talking to potential hires, distributing promotional material and maintaining records of all active jobs opening and received applications.
  4. To communicate with new hires on the related support department such as Administration, IT, Security & Safety as to facilitate on-boarding programs.
  5. To assist the Group Human Capital Division in the administration of Human Resource functions in the company including organising staff training, maintaining staff files, monitoring staff disciplinary, preparing staff retention initiative and organizing staff activities.
  6. To work closely with Talent Development & Performance Management section, Industrial Relations & Employee Welfare section, Reward & Remuneration section as well as Employee Retention & Engagement section.

Other Tasks

  1. To carry out any other tasks or assignment as instructed by Immediate Superior or Head of Human Capital.
Qualification and Requirement
  • Degree in any related field preferably in Human Resource Management or 
  • Minimum 2 years working experience in related field
  • PC literate and good interpersonal and communications skills
