OBJECTIVE OF THE JOBS

The Technical Support is to contribute to the effective and efficient delivery of all technical aspects of the systems developed by the company and to contribute to the effective delivery of repair and maintenance of equipment or system peripherals of the systems developed by the company.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

1. To assist engineers, technicians and other professionals to install, provide advice, assistance and training relevant to the installation, functioning and ongoing maintenance of equipment or software.
2. To troubleshoot, repair and refurbish IPC components, hardware system controller assembly boards.
3. To provide technical support for any service requests escalated.
4. To perform new installation, software upgrade, housekeeping and troubleshooting on-site,
5. To responsible for production of the system designs and drawings to relevant standards.
6. And to perform other tasks assigned by the management or the company.

REQUIREMENTS

• Certificate or Diploma in Electrical or Electronic or Mechatronic or computer or equivalent
• Fresh graduate or minimum 1 year experience.
• Basic knowledge in electrical, networking & project management.
• Knowledge in programming skills is an advantage.
• Holds valid driving license.
• Proficient in Windows Software, Visual Studio, SQL etc is an advantage
