Dato' Nik Fauzi Bin Tan Sri Nik Hussein
Dato’ Nik Fauzi bin Tan Sri Dr. Nik Hussein, a Malaysian, was appointed as Executive Chairman of MTD Group on 1 October 2021 and has been an active member to the Board of MTD Construction Sdn Bhd since March 2007. He was also appointed as Executive Chairman of ANIH Berhad in May 2022.
Dato’ Nik Fauzi graduated from the Institute of Marketing (UK), UITM in 1980 and has extensive experience in the highway industry and has successfully demonstrated great leadership in his role as senior management capacities within ANIH Berhad, a concession company that undertakes the operations, management and maintenance of highways namely Kuala Lumpur-Karak Highway (KLK) and East Coast Expressway Phase 1 (ECE 1). Dato’ Nik Fauzi had successfully positioned both KLK and ECE1 as a catalyst to spur growth in the three East Coast States of Pahang, Terengganu and Kelantan. Amongst the highlights of his career, as Head of Concession Facilities and Services of MTD Prime Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of MTD InfraPerdana, Dato’ Nik Fauzi was instrumental in advancing its involvement in the toll concession businesses, from 1 December 2005 to 15 April 2009 and subsequently, was appointed as Senior Vice President, Head, Operations & Maintenance, Tollways Division, a position he served until 6 December 2011. During this period, he successfully increased the level of services by ensuring full compliance and providing above and beyond services operationally. He was also instrumental in increasing the company’s commitment to ensure a well balance socio-economic environment amongst the highway fence line community. Dato’ Nik Fauzi then assumed the position of Executive Vice President, Head, Liaison and Compliance of ANIH Berhad until his appointment as Executive Director.
Dato’ Nik Fauzi was also appointed as Executive Director of MTD Capital Bhd on 29 February 2020 and is a Member of the Executive Committee of MTD Group since August 2018. He was previously a Director of MTD Capital Bhd from 12 August 2011 to 31 March 2018.
Dato’ Nik Fauzi is also the Managing Director of Nikvest Sdn Bhd, a position he had held since 1994, a Director of Metacorp Berhad, a subsidiary of MTD Capital Bhd and sits on the board of several other private limited companies within the Group.

Reime Rizal Abdul Aziz
Reime Rizal is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in Investment Banking, renowned for his expertise in Corporate Banking, Capital Markets, and Corporate Finance. Throughout his career, Reime has successfully managed a wide range of financial transactions, contributing to high-profile deals and fostering long-term growth in the banking and corporate sectors.
Reime began his career at the Malaysian International Merchant Bank Berhad (MIMB), where he honed his skills in Corporate Finance and Debt Capital Markets. During his tenure at MIMB, he played an instrumental role in the privatization of Government Agencies and the successful listing of Penang Water Berhad. His extensive experience in Debt Capital Markets includes managing Corporate Bonds and Sukuk issuances, amounting to a total issuance size of RM3.8 billion. After nine years at MIMB, Reime continued his career at Kenanga Investment Bank Berhad in 2007, furthering his expertise before becoming Associate Director at KAF Investment Bank in 2008. In 2012, Reime expanded his horizons by joining Ibdar Bank Bahrain, where he was tasked with driving new business opportunities in Southeast Asia as an Assistant Vice President for the Malaysian branch of the foreign Islamic bank.

Seeking to broaden his experience beyond the banking sector, Reime joined a Government Linked Company in 2018 as part of the Corporate Planning Department, focusing on strategic initiatives and business development.
In 2019, Reime took on a key leadership role at MTD Group of Companies as Assistant General Manager & Head of Strategic Planning & Investment. Here, he was responsible for overseeing strategic planning, managing investment activities, and formulating corporate strategies, while also monitoring operational and strategic performance. His success in this role led to his promotion to Chief Operating Officer I, where he optimized daily operations, implemented strategic initiatives, and ensured business functions ran efficiently.
Reime currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of MTD Group, where he shapes the company’s strategic vision, drives innovation, and leads initiatives for long-term growth. Nik Faeruz holds an Advanced Diploma in Business Administration with a major in Transport, which she obtained in 1987 from the MARA Institute of Technology (now Universiti Teknologi MARA), Shah Alam.
She commenced her career in 1989 with Mayban Finance Berhad. In 1994, she was promoted to Assistant Branch Manager at the Petaling Jaya Branch. During her tenure, she played a pivotal role in enhancing business processes and operational procedures across the bank’s nationwide branches. Notably, she was instrumental in formulating the blueprint for Maybank’s innovative ‘One-Stop Financial Services’ concept, a model that continues to be adopted across all Maybank branches to this day.

His appointment to the Board of MTD Construction Sdn Bhd in 2015 is a testament to his exceptional leadership skills and expertise in the industry.
With a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Hartford, USA, Ahmad Tarmizi has a strong foundation in engineering principles and practices. He started his career as a Project Engineer at the Malaysian Highway Authority, where he gained invaluable experience in the planning and execution of large-scale infrastructure projects.
Since joining MTD Group as a Senior Civil Engineer on 15 August 1990, Ahmad Tarmizi has made significant contributions to the company’s success. He was responsible for overseeing the construction of numerous landmark projects, including highways, bridges, and other infrastructure developments.

Wan Zulkifli bin Wan Hasan, joined MTD Group on the 16th May 1995 as a Civil Engineer. He graduated from University of Southwestern, Louisiana, Lafayette, USA in May 1988 with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. He is a registered Engineer (21858A) with BEM since April 1994.
He possesses over 28 years of experience in Precast Segmental Box Girders (SBG) works, contributing to a total of more than 33 years of experience in the construction field. Before joining MTD, he worked as a Site Engineer at Percon Corporation Sdn Bhd from 1989 to 1995.

He was responsible for the overall implementation and monitoring of SBG operations for completed and ongoing projects since November 2017.

Mohd Fauzi Bin Ramli
Mohd Fauzi bin Ramli, joined MTD Construction in October 2022 as a Project Director for KL-Karak Widening Project and has vast experience in the construction industry mainly construction of highways, buildings, rail structures and roads in urban and rural areas. He graduated from University of Malaya in August 2000, holding a Bachelor of Engineering (CIVIL) with Honours and being a registered Engineer with BEM and also a member of IEM.
En. Mohd Fauzi started his engineering career as a project engineer constructing the federal road connecting Simpang Pulai-Lojing-Gua Musang to Kuala Berang which traverses through the extremely high terrain and remote area of Cameron Highlands. He was also involved in the construction of Lebuhraya Pantai Timur (LPT1), Guthrie Corridor Expressway (GCE), Kajang-Seremban Highway (LEKAS), South Klang Valley Expressway (SKVE) and also building the Mahkamah Rendah Syariah Negeri Selangor under his previous employment with WCT Construction Sdn Bhd, Muhibbah Construction Sdn Bhd and Lebar Daun Sdn Bhd.

He also served the Federal Government in 2009 as the Head of Building & Construction Unit for Department of Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH) Terengganu until 2011. In 2009, he served the Federal Government as the Head of the Building & Construction Unit for the Department of Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH) in Terengganu until 2011.
He then joined PROLINTAS as a Project Manager in 2011 and has successfully carried through the main deliverable for DASH Highway project from proposal stage up to the construction phase. He was also involved in the construction of Light Rail Transit (LRT 3) for Section GS01 and GS05 in 2021.

He graduated from University of Malaya in August 2000, holding a Bachelor of Engineering (CIVIL) with Honours and being a registered Engineer with BEM and also a member of IEM.
En. Mohd Fauzi started his engineering career as a project engineer constructing the federal road connecting Simpang Pulai-Lojing-Gua Musang to Kuala Berang which traverses through the extremely high terrain and remote area of Cameron Highlands. He was also involved in the construction of Lebuhraya Pantai Timur (LPT1), Guthrie Corridor Expressway (GCE), Kajang-Seremban Highway (LEKAS), South Klang Valley Expressway (SKVE) and also building the Mahkamah Rendah Syariah Negeri Selangor under his previous employment with WCT Construction Sdn Bhd, Muhibbah Construction Sdn Bhd and Lebar Daun Sdn Bhd.
He also served the Federal Government in 2009 as the Head of Building & Construction Unit for Department of Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH) Terengganu until 2011. In 2009, he served the Federal Government as the Head of the Building & Construction Unit for the Department of Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH) in Terengganu until 2011.
He then joined PROLINTAS as a Project Manager in 2011 and has successfully carried through the main deliverable for DASH Highway project from proposal stage up to the construction phase. He was also involved in the construction of Light Rail Transit (LRT 3) for Section GS01 and GS05 in 2021.
Zamzan Bin Abdullah
Zamzan bin Abdullah, joined MTD Construction Sdn Bhd on the 15th of July 1991 as a Civil Engineer. In 1991, he graduated from the University of Technology Malaysia (UTM) with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. He is a registered Engineer with BEM.
He has more than 32 years of experience in construction, especially in managing the construction of major projects, such as the East-West Highway, Jalan Raya Pos Selim – Kg Raja connecting Perak to Cameron Highlands, Lebuh Raya Pantai Timur 1 and 2, the 4th Lane Plus Widening Project, and the construction of a multi-story apartment at Taman Sutera Kajang.

His current position is Manager of Project Completion and Compliance. He ensures that project closure and finalization adhere to standard and statutory requirements under MTDC at all times.
En. Zamzan is also the Quality Management Representative (QMR) for MTD Construction since November 2019.
