ANIH Berhad is a special purpose vehicle setup to facilitate the acquisitions of assets and liabilities of MTD Prime Sdn Bhd and Metramac Corporation Sdn Bhd. This had resulted in the transfer of toll concessions, namely the Kuala Lumpur-Karak Highway, East Coast Expressway Phase 1 and Kuala Lumpur-Seremban Expressway, to ANIH Berhad with effect from 6 December 2011.
The acquisition has made ANIH Berhad to become the second largest toll road operator in Malaysia.
