Kuala Lumpur, 16 May 2014 – Multinational infrastructure company, AlloyMtd Group through its subsidiary Alloy Properties Sdn Bhd announced today the sale of its Bangunan Shell Malaysia to Suruhanjaya Koperasi Malaysia (SKM) in a Sale & Purchase Agreement signing ceremony held at SKM head office.

Deputy President & Chief Operating Officer cum Director Datin Nik Fuziah Tan Sri Nik Hussein signed the sale & purchase agreement on behalf of the Group while Chairman Datuk Nik Ali Mat Yunus for SKM. The agreed selling prize was RM138 million.

AlloyMtd Group acquired the Bangunan Shell Malaysia in 2003 and leased to Shell Malaysia Trading Sdn Bhd until 15 March 2014. It is a 12-storey office building with a basement carpark located in Changkat Semantan, Damansara heights, Kuala Lumpur.
